    By accessing and using the Pyramid Front Hotel website (pyramidfront.com) and making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

    1. Reservations and bookings

    All reservations made through our website or by phone are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Pyramid Front Hotel. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. By making a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

    2. Check-in and check-out

    • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
    • Check-out time: by 12:00 PM (noon)
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
    • A valid passport or national ID is required at check-in for all guests
    • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

    3. Cancellation and no-show policy

    Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and package booked. The applicable policy will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In general:

    • Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will receive a full refund
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the equivalent of the first night’s stay or the full booking amount depending on the rate booked
    • Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified after booking

    4. Payment

    Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash at the hotel. All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Pyramid Front Hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will honour the rate at the time of booking.

    5. Guest responsibilities

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Pyramid Front Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for any damages identified after check-out. Guests are expected to respect other guests and hotel staff and behave in a manner consistent with the hotel’s standards. The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest who is causing disturbance or damage to vacate the premises without refund.

    6. Hotel facilities and services

    • Complimentary breakfast is included with all room types for the first day of stay only unless otherwise specified
    • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel
    • Rooftop terrace access is available to all in-house guests
    • Excursions and tours are subject to separate booking terms and availability
    • The hotel reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any facility or service without prior notice

    7. Liability

    Pyramid Front Hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safety deposit box where available. The hotel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

    8. Excursions and tours

    Pyramid Front Hotel offers guided tours and excursions as an additional service. These are operated by licensed third-party providers. The hotel acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any incidents, injuries, delays, or dissatisfaction arising from excursion activities. All excursion bookings are subject to separate terms provided at the time of booking.

    All content on this website including text, images, logos, and descriptions is the property of Pyramid Front Hotel and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but reserve the right to correct errors or update content at any time without notice.

    10. Governing law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from a stay or booking with Pyramid Front Hotel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
